계정 삭제 방법

인앱 계정 삭제 절차

GodTalk 앱에서 직접 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다. 아래 순서를 따라 진행해 주세요.

STEP 1

앱을 실행하고 로그인한 상태에서 하단 메뉴의 마이페이지로 이동합니다.

STEP 2

화면 아래쪽에 있는 회원탈퇴 버튼을 탭합니다.

STEP 3

확인 팝업이 표시됩니다. 내용을 읽은 후 탈퇴하기 버튼을 탭하면 계정이 즉시 삭제됩니다.
(취소하려면 취소 버튼을 탭하세요.)

STEP 4

삭제가 완료되면 자동으로 로그인 화면으로 이동합니다.

삭제되는 데이터

회원탈퇴 시 아래 데이터가 즉시, 영구적으로 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.

모든 채팅 대화 기록 (chat_messages)
모든 채팅 세션 정보 (chat_sessions)
프로필 정보, 이메일, 구독 상태, 토큰 사용량 등 계정 정보 (users)
Firebase 인증 계정

주의사항

⚠️ 앱 삭제(언인스톨)만으로는 계정이 삭제되지 않습니다.
앱을 삭제해도 서버에 저장된 계정 정보와 대화 기록은 그대로 남습니다.
계정을 완전히 삭제하려면 반드시 앱 내 회원탈퇴 절차를 따라주세요.

⚠️ 구독 중인 경우: 회원탈퇴를 해도 이미 결제된 구독 요금은 환불되지 않으며, 남은 구독 기간에도 서비스를 이용할 수 없게 됩니다.
구독 해지는 App Store(iOS) 또는 Google Play(Android)에서 별도로 진행해 주세요.

앱 접근이 어려운 경우

앱 로그인이 불가능하거나 인앱 삭제가 어려운 경우, 이메일로 삭제를 요청하실 수 있습니다.

In-App Account Deletion Steps

You can delete your GodTalk account directly from the app. Follow the steps below.

STEP 1

Open the app while logged in and navigate to My Page from the bottom menu.

STEP 2

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and tap the Delete Account button.

STEP 3

A confirmation dialog will appear. After reading the notice, tap Delete Account to immediately delete your account.
(Tap Cancel to go back.)

STEP 4

Once deletion is complete, you will be automatically redirected to the login screen.

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data is immediately and permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.

All chat conversation history (chat_messages)
All chat session records (chat_sessions)
Profile information, email address, subscription status, token usage, and all other account data (users)
Firebase authentication account

Important Notes

⚠️ Uninstalling the app does NOT delete your account.
Your account information and conversation history remain on the server even after uninstalling the app.
To fully delete your account, you must follow the in-app Delete Account procedure.

⚠️ If you have an active subscription: Deleting your account does not refund any payments already made. You will also lose access to the service for the remainder of your subscription period.
Please cancel your subscription separately through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to log into the app or complete the in-app deletion, you may request account deletion by email.

Subject: "[GodTalk] Account Deletion Request" — please include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 3 business days.
