서비스 이용약관

제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 유앤미(이하 "회사")가 운영하는 GodTalk(갓톡) 앱 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차, 회사와 이용자 간의 권리·의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (정의)

"서비스"란 회사가 제공하는 GodTalk 앱 내 모든 기능(AI 대화, 음성 출력, 구독 서비스 등)을 의미합니다.
"이용자"란 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스를 이용하는 자를 의미합니다.
"구독"이란 이용자가 일정 금액을 지불하고 프리미엄 기능을 이용할 수 있는 정기 결제 서비스를 의미합니다.

제3조 (구독 서비스)

회사는 다음과 같은 구독 상품을 제공합니다.

상품명: GodTalk Premium Monthly (갓톡 프리미엄 월간 구독)

구독 기간: 월간 (30일, 자동 갱신)

대한민국	₩7,700 / 월
그 외 국가	$4.99 / 월 (현지 통화로 환산 청구)

실제 청구 금액은 App Store 또는 Google Play 정책에 따라 현지 통화로 환산되어 달라질 수 있습니다.

제4조 (자동 갱신 및 결제)

구독은 현재 결제 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 자동으로 갱신됩니다.

결제는 이용자의 Apple ID 계정(iOS) 또는 Google Play 계정(Android)으로 청구됩니다.

구독 관리 및 해지 방법:

iOS: 기기 설정 > Apple ID > 구독
Android: Google Play 스토어 > 메뉴 > 구독

구독 해지 후에도 현재 결제 기간이 종료될 때까지는 프리미엄 기능을 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.

제5조 (환불 정책)

구독 결제에 대한 환불은 각 플랫폼의 정책에 따릅니다.

iOS(App Store): Apple의 환불 정책에 따르며, Apple 지원 페이지에서 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.
Android(Google Play): Google Play의 환불 정책에 따르며, Google Play 고객센터에서 환불을 요청할 수 있습니다.

회원 탈퇴(계정 삭제) 시 이미 결제된 구독 요금은 환불되지 않으며, 남은 구독 기간 동안에도 서비스를 이용할 수 없게 됩니다. 탈퇴 전 구독을 먼저 해지하시기 바랍니다.

제6조 (서비스 이용)

서비스는 만 14세 이상의 이용자가 이용할 수 있습니다.
이용자는 타인의 개인정보를 이용하거나, 서비스를 불법적인 목적으로 사용해서는 안 됩니다.
회사는 서비스의 품질 향상을 위해 사전 고지 없이 기능을 변경하거나 서비스를 일시 중단할 수 있습니다.

제7조 (면책사항)

서비스가 제공하는 AI 대화 내용은 정보 제공 목적이며, 전문적인 신학·의료·법률 조언을 대체하지 않습니다.
회사는 이용자의 귀책사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
회사는 천재지변, 시스템 장애 등 불가항력적 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.

제8조 (개인정보보호)

회사의 개인정보 수집 및 처리에 관한 사항은 개인정보처리방침에서 확인하실 수 있습니다.

제9조 (약관의 변경)

회사는 필요한 경우 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 앱 내 공지 또는 본 페이지를 통해 고지합니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경된 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the GodTalk app and services (the "Service") operated by YOONME ("Company"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Definitions

"Service" means all features provided within the GodTalk app, including AI conversation, text-to-speech output, and subscription services.
"User" means any person who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
"Subscription" means a recurring paid plan that grants access to premium features.

3. Subscription Service

The Company offers the following subscription plan:

Product name: GodTalk Premium Monthly

Billing period: Monthly (30 days, auto-renewing)

South Korea	₩7,700 / month
Other countries	$4.99 / month (billed in local currency)

The actual amount charged may vary due to currency conversion applied by the App Store or Google Play.

4. Auto-Renewal and Billing

Your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account (iOS) or Google Play account (Android) at confirmation of purchase.

To manage or cancel your subscription:

iOS: Device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
Android: Google Play Store > Menu > Subscriptions

After cancellation, you may continue to use premium features until the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective platform through which you purchased the subscription.

iOS (App Store): Subject to Apple's refund policy. You may request a refund at Apple Support.
Android (Google Play): Subject to Google Play's refund policy. You may request a refund at Google Play Help.

Deleting your account does not automatically refund any subscription fees already paid. You will also lose access to premium features immediately upon account deletion. Please cancel your subscription before deleting your account.

6. Use of Service

The Service is available to users aged 14 and older.
You may not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or use another person's personal information.
The Company may modify or temporarily suspend features without prior notice in order to improve service quality.

7. Disclaimers

AI conversation content provided by the Service is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional theological, medical, or legal advice.
The Company is not liable for damages caused by the User's own actions.
The Company is not liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure events such as natural disasters or system failures.

8. Privacy Policy

For information on how the Company collects and processes personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced via in-app notice or on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
